As such, he was called on to line up just about everywhere during his days at the University of Alabama - linebacker, end or tackle he always seemed to be the best athlete on the field and a real pain in the butt for opposing offenses.
The New England Patriots have a problem: Too many linebackers and not enough roster spots.
And while training camp is supposed to be a time for multiple players to compete for roster spots, the Patriots have so many good hybrids that coach Bill Belichick is going to have to spread them out throughout the positional charts to fit them all in.
Already sporting the best trio of starting linebackers in the NFL,
